This rich and spicy cake is made with fresh carrots, raisins and walnuts. Its intense flavor and moisture makes this our most popular chocolate-alternative cake. It is frosted with a cream cheese frosting that is flavored with touch of rum* and vanilla and has ground walnuts on the sides.
Rich American-Style sour cream chocolate cake filled with our dark semi-sweet chocolate frosting in between the layers and decorated with our cream cheese frosting that is flavored with just a touch of rum* and vanilla. The cake is finished with chopped chocolate on the sides.
A great and unique combination of flavors. This cake is comprised of a layer(s) of chocolate cake and a layer of our Orange Almond cake. It's filled with our orange cream cheese icing and decorated with our rich chocolate icing and a sprinkle of toasted sliced almonds on top.
Our chocolate genoise sponge is moistened with Orange Curacao liqueur and filled with raspberry jam and whipped cream. The cake is decorated with whipped cream and chopped chocolate is pressed into the side. The liqueur may be substituted with Orange Juice upon request.

One of our house favorites! We specially created a banana-almond sponge to enhance the flavors in this cake. Between the banana-almond sponge is a thick layer(s) of fresh banana custard and the cake is beautifully topped with fresh fruit. It's decorated with some whipped cream and sliced almonds on the side.
